Dishwashers in Johnston, Rhode Island

A dishwasher that drains badly or leaves grit on the glasses is often a pump, a filter or a worn spray arm rather than a dead machine — worth a free in-shop estimate before you replace it. We sell new, used and reconditioned dishwashers and we repair any brand. When it really is time to replace one, the whole job is matching the opening you already have.

New, used and reconditioned on the floor. We repair dishwashers too — any brand, and in-shop estimates are free.

What we carry

Dishwashers — what we sell, and what we repair.

Stock turns over week to week, so the honest split is this: the first list is what was last confirmed on the floor, the second is the full range that comes across the bench.

On the floor

We carry dishwashers. Which styles are in on any given day changes as pieces sell, and we would rather tell you on the phone than leave a stale list up here. Call (401) 232-9090 and we will walk the floor while you wait.

Types we work on

  • Built-in 24-inch
  • Built-in 18-inch compact
  • Portable / rolling
  • Countertop
  • Panel-ready
Before you buy

Measure first. Then argue about the badge.

The things that decide which one fits your house, in the order they usually come up at the counter.

01

Standard built-ins are 24 inches wide. The 18-inch models fit the narrow cabinet runs common in older Rhode Island homes.

02

The decibel rating is the difference between a dishwasher you hear and one you don't — under 50 dB is genuinely quiet.

03

A stainless tub dries better and holds up longer than a plastic tub.

04

A third rack or an adjustable upper rack matters more day to day than the number of cycles on the panel.

05

You need hot water, a drain connection, and power under the sink — check all three before you buy.

06

A portable unit is the answer when you can't plumb a built-in. It rolls to the sink and hooks to the faucet.

The other half of the shop

We repair dishwashers, too.

Any brand, whether it came from us or from somewhere else ten years ago, and in-shop estimates are free. These are the faults that come across the bench most often — if yours is on this list, get it looked at before you replace anything.

  • Not draining — pump, check valve, or a clogged filter
  • Dishes coming out dirty from blocked spray arms or a weak wash motor
  • Leaking at the door gasket or from under the tub
  • Won't start, or the door won't latch
  • Not drying — heating element or vent failure
  • Detergent door not opening mid-cycle
  • Error code stopping the cycle partway
  • Rack wheels broken or tines rusted through

Not sure whether it is worth repairing? That is the question a free in-shop estimate answers, and we will tell you when the answer is no.

Ask for a price

Ask about a specific machine.

Prices are set at the counter on the actual machine, so a phone call is the fastest way to get a real answer on a real unit instead of a range that means nothing.
