Are you in range?

One ZIP code settles it.

The radius is 50 miles out of 02919 in every direction. If your code is not on our list that is a gap in the list, not an answer — call the shop and ask for your town by name.

Where we go

50 miles out of 02919.

  • Rhode IslandAll 39 cities and towns
  • Massachusetts182 of 351 towns
  • Connecticut46 of 169 towns

451 ZIP codes inside the line. If yours is not one of them, that is a gap in the list, not an answer — call and ask.

Two letters is enough — we list 267 towns across 3 states.

  • Fifty miles, measured straight

The radius is drawn on a map, not driven. A town 40 miles out as the crow flies can be a much longer run by truck, so nothing here is a delivery time.

  • The last five miles

38 towns sit in the outer five miles of the circle. They are in range on paper — call before you count on one of them and we will confirm it.

  • Two of them are islands

New Shoreham and Gosnold fall inside the circle and have no road to drive down. Whether an appliance can get out there is a question for the counter.

Delivery day

Six things to do before the truck turns up.

None of this is complicated and all of it saves a second trip. Ten minutes the night before is the difference between a delivery that takes twenty minutes and one that gets rescheduled.

01

Measure the path, not just the spot

The doorway, the turn at the top of the stairs, the width of the hall. A refrigerator that fits the kitchen and not the front door is still a refrigerator that goes back on the truck.

02

Clear the way

From where the truck can park to where the machine goes. Move the rug, the shoe rack and whatever is living in the hallway, and leave us somewhere to put the truck.

03

Empty and disconnect the old one, if you can

Food out of the fridge or freezer, water off, gas off, cord unplugged. Anything with ice in it wants a night to defrost, so start it the evening before.

04

Know where the shutoff is

The water valve behind the washer, the gas cock behind the range, the breaker for that circuit. Find it on a quiet afternoon, not while somebody is standing in your kitchen.

05

Hookups in place and working

Outlet, water supply, drain, gas line, dryer vent — whichever the machine needs, already there and already reachable behind the old one.

06

Somebody home, pets somewhere else

Someone has to let us in, point at the spot and sign for it. And an open front door plus a dog is a bad afternoon for everybody.

If it will not fit, the crew will not force it through and will not risk your floors, your walls or the machine. We will tell you on the spot and work out what happens next.

Confirmed when you order

The three we answer out loud.

A delivery charge, a hookup and the old machine are all specific to what you are buying and where you live. You get them from the person writing up the order, before you commit to anything — not from a number this page made up.

What does delivery cost?

Confirmed when you order, not guessed at here. Tell us your town and what you are buying and you will have the number before you commit to anything.

Does the crew hook it up?

That is not a question a website should answer with a guess. Ask when you order and we will tell you what we can do with the machine you are buying and the hookups you already have.

Haul away the old one

Nobody wants a dead refrigerator sitting in the garage until spring. Ask when you order and we will tell you what we can do.
